Rapid Maxillary Expansion (RME) is increasingly recognized for its role in managing pediatric Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA), a condition linked to craniofacial morphology. This study evaluates the craniofacial morphological changes induced by RME in children showing symptoms of OSA. Results demonstrated significant improvements in maxillary width and a reduction in the Apnea-Hypopnea Index (AHI), underscoring the efficacy of RME as a non-invasive intervention.
